An important part of the venture is sustainability.  To accomplish this, Key Club officers will work simultaneously as the leadership core for the project.  Annual elections will be held to install new leadership for the venture.  The selection of candidates will be based upon nominations.  Upon installation, newly elected officers will shadow the retiring officers to gain experience.
